Hi all,

Can anybody tell/share what the size of the repo. is, it would be nice to mention them somewhere.

Also could somebody update the library dependencies list as the wiki page last was updated in 2012.

http://www.allacrost.org/wiki/index.php ... pendencies

Looking forward to compile and see where it is atm.

If you want to know the size of the repo, why not just download a clean copy and see? The size is constantly changing (mostly growing) so any reported size would quickly go out of date. You can always look at the downloads page on the repository to get a sense of how large everything is (for the source build last year, it was around 65MB, compressed).

We just migrated to SDL2 so I updated the library depencies page for that just now. The other libraries are either unchanged or I don't know. I should probably change the version required column to minimum version required.

@Roots, some of the documentation has grown old, please fix it.

Also the Debian's repos. are too old, see http://allacrost.org/wiki/index.php?tit ... ons#Debian

Lenny and etch are what 10 and 9 years old.

Even the installation instructions are pretty old as they talk of lenny and etch only.

I realize that some of the wiki documentation is very old and outdated. The reason for this is that I'm virtually the only one who ever updates it. I have a limited time to spend on this project, and if I only spent it on maintaining our online services and documentation, I'd never get any progress done on the game itself.

I do try to go through the wiki every few months and spend a good amount of time updating it. I'll make a note of this. I plan to update all user documentation when we are close to our official release.
