Ooooh shinies! I guess it just went for a swim or took a bath, it looks so shiny clean :heh: I do like the black version, and the purple highlight on the tail, while accidental, looks totally sweet :D

OS X portion is updated (though the project file still needs to be updated in the repository). I'm having some problems with OpenGL calls seg faulting :huh:

It seems to me that Bertram had the right idea with the visual effects manager. The video engine should not be dependent on the audio engine, and vice versa. They should be completely oblivious to one another. So it would make sense to have something like an effect manager, that could create a light...

Just followed the instructions in your first link. Thanks, that was quite helpful. :) Had to set the option to display active topics for every forum.

Today's not so good for me; I may not be able to get to Allacrost until the evening (my time). I haven't spent much time on the return from the cave events either, so if someone else wants to do it, that's cool, if not I guess I'll get to it when I get to it.
